  1. Order entry at the table

    Server opens a table, adds items with modifiers and assigns courses. One tap sends the ticket. The kitchen receives it instantly, sorted by station — no runner required.

  2. Modifications mid-service

    A guest wants the sauce on the side after ordering. Tap the item, add the modifier, resend. The original ticket updates — no duplicate, no confusion at the pass.

  3. Splits and table transfers

    Table wants separate bills? Split by seat, by item, or evenly. Table moving to the bar? One tap — the order follows. Everything recalculates, nothing drops.

  4. Comps, discounts and manager auth

    Apply a comp, a percentage discount or a fixed amount at item or order level. Reason code required. Manager PIN for comps above a set threshold. All logged against the shift.

  5. Tableside payment

    The card reader pairs to the open order automatically. Guest taps or inserts. Payment processes, receipt prints or goes to email. No manual amount entry, no end-of-shift mismatches.

  6. End-of-day and integrated payouts

    At close, Equimise auto-reconciles cash, card and comps. Payout deposits the next business day. Float, variance and card totals all visible in one screen — before the last staff member clocks off.
